Hello, I’m Kirsty! I’m based in the beautiful countryside of South Leicestershire.

My career has included several roles within the property industry (estate agent, CEMAP mortgage adviser, PA to private property developer), combined with a wider sales and marketing career. My passion for property has developed over the years and become my hobby as well as my profession.

Being very entrepreneurial, I was looking at business opportunities within the property industry and exploring the potential of setting up my own property Sales & Letting Agency – although I was concerned by the level of competition in my area.

When I discovered the VeriSmart Franchise opportunity I was instantly intrigued to find out more. I met with the CEO (Jonathan Senior) and several aspects stood out to me: the level of support and training that is provided at the off-set seemed to be of fabulous standard and the bespoke on-line system used to run all aspects of the business appeared extremely comprehensive, yet easy to understand and navigate.

I could really see potential in the franchise, and it appeared to suit what I was looking for down to the ground! I felt there was an opportunity to apply my passion, skills and experience to a business model which had proven results with other franchisees.

Now, over 4 years into running the business in Leicestershire I can honestly say it’s the best decision I have ever made.
