Hi! I am Jamie Wilson, Verismart North West's regional director. I cover Liverpool, Southport, Manchester and Cheshire. I originally worked in schools, teaching PE and sports coaching but always had a business streak within me and property had always interested me. I have my own small portfolio of properties and this ties in very well with that and allows me to keep on top of everything within the industry.
I chose Verismart having met with Jonathan Senior 6 years ago their positive attitude, support and professionalism hit home and both my company and the head office group in general have flourished since that initial meeting. The training is excellent, the knowledge within the VeriSmart group is immeasurable and everyone helps each other out to be as good as we can be.
Our online calendar system is so easy to use and the delivery aspect of it, where we send the report to the tenant, saves agents so much hassle and time.
We provide inventories, mid term inspections. Check outs, EPC, Legionella risk assessments, Snagging, viewings, smoke alarm testing and installation and out most recent addition, 360 galleries.
