Hi, I am Richard Ryan, Director of VeriSmart South Wales. I started out in Swansea 6 years ago and have now branched out to cover most key areas of South Wales. We now have coverage in Swansea, Bridgend, Cardiff, The Rhondda, Carmarthenshire and more.
My background was in Solar Panels previously, then when the government cut the tariff and the industry became untenable, I started to look for a new career. Property had always been high on the agenda when it came to my interests, I found VeriSmart and when I met with Jonathan and the team, the decision to take over a franchise was a very easy one. I haven't looked back since.

Our Smart verification system then allows tenants to manage their report for a 7 day period after moving in day.
